Mafia: The Old Country Reveals Its Man of Honor DLC and a Cult Villain Makes a Comeback

The Man of Honor expansion will land on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam for $10, exactly August 14, 2026. The DLC drops a little over a year after the base game’s release on August 8, 2025 and takes place in Sicily during the winter of 1905, slotting into a one-year time jump in the main storyline after Enzo Favara becomes a made man in the Torrisi crime family.

The Don Torrisi tasks Enzo and Cesare with a delicate assignment: lend a hand to Ennio Salieri, a mafioso freshly out of prison and dead set on reclaiming what’s his. The adventure unfolds across two new chapters packed with fresh environments, weapons, vehicles and Charms, pulling players deeper into the Valle Dorata. The Free Ride mode also gets exclusive content with Salieri acting as the point of contact for extreme challenges, brand-new collectibles and never-before-seen locations.

Ennio Salieri is no random face for franchise veterans since he’s the future Don of the Salieri crime family and the main antagonist of Mafia: Definitive Edition, the remake of the very first Mafia released in 2002. The Man of Honor expansion therefore offers an unprecedented dive into the origins of a cult character that fans had only known so far in his aging years in Lost Heaven.
