Stuck on a safe or a locked door? Here are the 8 combinations that unlock every obstacle in 007 First Light, sorted by chapter. IO Interactive locked every code in the game, meaning the numbers stay the same across every playthrough and difficulty setting.
The Laundry Door code is 1805. The hint sits on a Security Note placed on the desk inside the Manager’s Office, located behind the main reception desk in a restricted area. To get in, you either slip past the 2 cleaning staff or distract the security guard in the adjacent room.
The Manager’s Office Safe code is 1952. The hint is hidden in the Vino Sacramental display case inside the same room. The year on the middle wine bottle matches the combination. Cracking the safe rewards you with the 6 Of Roses collectible and the Cellar Key, making the detour worth it even when you already know the code.
The Dining Room puzzle relies on a symbol sequence rather than a numeric code. The correct order is Lion, then Snake, then Goat. A note inside the room gives the hint, but the sequence can also be cracked through trial and error. This puzzle is story-gated, meaning you cannot move on without solving it.
The Maintenance Door code is 3256. The clue sits on a laptop inside the library off the courtyard area. This is one of the easiest codes to miss in the game, as the library is simple to walk past without entering.
The Penthouse Safe code is 1493. This environmental puzzle revolves around 4 items displayed in Nicholas Webb’s office. Isola’s note spells out the exact order: Diploma, Painting, Video Game, Model. Each item examined provides one digit:
The Q-08 Armoury Door code is 1324. The combination matches the top score displayed on the shooting range leaderboard nearby. On a first run, checking the leaderboard is worth doing for the context. On a new game plus run, you go straight to 1324.
The Q-03 Stress Testing Cabinet code is 4397. The combination is taken from the license plate on the car parked inside the nearby test chamber. Watch out: the 2 Q-Lab codes are not interchangeable. Q-08 and Q-03 open different rooms even though they sit in the same chapter.
The Archive Door code is 1864. Getting it legitimately means finding a safe key in the Legal Department, using it on a safe downstairs, then reading the code inside. If you already have 1864, you can skip the key hunt entirely.
