Leaks keep stacking up around Rayman Legends Retold. Leaker @intercelluar just shared new artwork from the game after revealing its logo the day prior. More importantly, they’re claiming a Rayman Origins Enhanced Edition is also reportedly in the works at Ubisoft.
The artwork shared by @intercelluar shows off a Rayman skin taken from the remake. It comes from the same source behind the official logo leaked the day prior, lending credibility to the whole leak. The official logo had surfaced on X on May 27, 2026 with the caption « New game (Project Steambot) ». The leaker also claims to have more screenshots and concept art but won’t share them ahead of the official reveal.
The headline detail here is the game’s art direction, which marks a clear departure from the 2013 original. The leaker hints at a project leaning more toward a reboot than a straightforward remake. The framerate would also be unlocked on PC, unlike the original’s 60 FPS cap. Development is led by Ubisoft Montpellier with support from Ubisoft Milan. That studio includes former members of the Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown team.
The leaker doesn’t stop there and reveals a second project dubbed Rayman Origins Enhanced Edition. Unlike the first, it wouldn’t be a remake but a remaster packing a few technical upgrades. @intercelluar says the « definitive version » of the game will land at least on next-gen consoles. The title would launch on all current platforms, including the Switch 1. That broader rollout sets it apart from the remake.
According to @intercelluar, the 2 games would be revealed together. The most likely venue remains the State of Play on June 2, 2026, just a few days away. Tom Henderson at Insider Gaming sticks with the October 1, 2026 release date for Rayman Legends Retold. No release date has surfaced for Origins Enhanced Edition. The commercial success of both projects would also greenlight a full Rayman 4, the franchise’s first mainline installment since 2013.
